2024 AMC 12
What is AMC 12?
The American Mathematics Contest 12 (AMC 12) is the first exam in the series of exams used to challenge bright students, grades 12 and below, on the path towards choosing the team that represents the United States at the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO).
Key features of the AMC 10:
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to students in 12th grade or below.

4. Purpose: The main purpose of the AMC 12 is to spur interest in mathematics and to develop talent through solving challenging problems in a timed multiple-choice format.
5. Competition Levels: The AMC competitions, including the AMC 10, are the first steps in the selection process for the United States International Math Olympiad (USAMO) team.
Prerequisite: Pre-Calculus
